We provide efficient and secure shipping services for all bulk tile orders within the Southern Western Ontario, Canada, through a trusted third-party carrier.

✅ Exclusive GTA Shipping: Our shipping services are available only within the Greater Toronto Area.
✅ Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. To receive a quote, please contact us with your shipping address.

✅ Bulk Order Discounts: Special pricing available for large-volume purchases.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At The Tile Vault, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store or online purchase, you may return eligible products within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
General Return Policy:
✅ Return Window: Products must be returned within 14 days from the original pickup date.
✅ Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any installed or altered products are not eligible for return.
✅ Proof of Purchase: A valid sales receipt is required for all returns.
✅ Return Location: Returns must be made in-store at any Tile Vault location.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Clearance Items – Products marked as clearance or with item codes ending in -FS.
❌ Special Order Products – These items are custom-ordered and cannot be returned once processed.
Special Order Cancellation Policy:

Within 6 Hours of Purchase: Cancellations made within 6 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.

After 6 Hours: Cancellations made after 6 hours will incur a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
